Gut and Psychology Syndrome (Yellow GAPS Diet Book)

This is the original book that Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride wrote about healing the gut using the GAPS Diet that I talk about.

She had great success with helping her son fully recover from a severe learning disability, and realised that nutrition played a critical role in helping people overcome their mental adversities such as Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia and more.

This books approach is heavy on meat stocks and probiotics to heal the gut, and is a game changer. I highly recommend getting a copy to read.

Gut and Physiology Syndrome (Blue GAPS Diet Book)

After the success the original GAPS book had helping 10’s of 1000’s of families around the world, Dr Natasha noticed the GAPS diet wasn’t just helping mental/emotional issues – but had a profound effect on the body too.

Things like allergies, autoimmune illnesses, gut problems, arthritis, fatigue and more were being transformed from looking after the gut.

However the world’s health had declined over the years too, and more serious approaches to the GAPS diet were necessary such as the No-Plants GAPS (which is what I embarked on).
